And walking. Haven't seen my personal trainer in two weeks, wasn't really tired yet, and needed to clear my head. Roughly 1.66 miles (I used GoogleEarth's Path feature), roughly half a mile of sprinting and jogging all together, the rest briskly walking. I'm pretty happy with that.
Plus, now I'm tired (albeit sore and and sweaty), and feel much better.
